This care interfaces with your brain and spinal cord — reorganizing tension stored in your tissues so your body can better function and adapt to life, stress, and trauma, while learning new strategies to stay energy-efficient along the way.
This care is gentle, on purpose. Most of the time your body doesn't need force to reorganize — especially when it doesn't yet feel safe. This work helps your body remember safety, process stored tension, and adapt with more ease.
Regulation isn't about staying zen. It's about being flexible enough to move through the full spectrum of life — love, grief, joy, stress, uncertainty, growth — and find your way back to baseline without shutting down or abandoning yourself.
A regulated nervous system doesn't avoid what's intense. It has the capacity to hold it.

It only takes minutes to adjust someone. But this space is built for more — room to lay down, process, and actually be with what needs your attention.
You may notice your body is processing and reorganizing as you go about the rest of your day, integrating exactly what your brain and body worked on on the table.

This is where I'm listening — watching for what your body's telling me. Breath moving with more ease, more movement through the spine instead of bracing.

I make gentle contacts at your neck and sacrum — inviting your body to reorganize, not forcing it there. It's more of a dance we do together.
Monthly nervous system care should be the norm for kids — not something you consider only when something's wrong. Support for your child's brain-body connection improves coordination and organ function, not just behavior.
Often, when kids watch a parent or sibling get adjusted, they want to climb up and try it themselves.
The Family Room (coming as we grow): a dedicated space separate from the main room, where kids can play — and get adjusted — on their own terms.
Already read this far? This is exactly what nervous system care looks like for you too — no pregnancy, no kids required.
Being under this care before pregnancy is powerful — many women find that when the body adapts with more ease, reproduction comes back online.
Through Network Spinal and Webster Technique, this work helps your pelvis align to accommodate your changing body and supports better birth outcomes, regardless of where or how you choose to give birth.
Your nervous system's ability to find safety directly shapes your experience — especially if you're birthing somewhere that doesn't feel naturally safe or cozy (bright lights, strangers, that sterile smell). We're teaching your body how to find ease even when things feel challenging.
Your child — and the thing you're trying to resolve in them — is often a reflection of you. Children are our mirrors.
Note:
Getting adjusted once and calling it done is like going to the gym once and expecting it to stick. The benefits build — they don't happen in a single visit.
Over time, that shifts. More energized, resourced moments. Fewer drained ones.
Picture a tree planted in a sidewalk crack, roots forced to work around concrete and pipes, next to a tree in an open field with room to spread. Both are alive and growing — one is just working a lot harder to do it. Kids' bodies and brains are doing the same thing every day, adapting to a world that asks a lot of them.
A meltdown, a stomachache, trouble sleeping — these are usually signs the brain and body aren't communicating as efficiently as they could be. Regular adjustments are a gentle way to clear that static and help your child's system come back to balance.
Think about starting with a personal trainer but only showing up once a month. You'd spend every session relearning form and never get to the part where you actually build strength. Consistent care works the same way — early on, regular visits help your nervous system learn new patterns quickly, so each session builds on the last instead of starting over.
This is teaching your brain and body more efficient ways to handle daily life — so you can do all the things without needing three cups of coffee to get through the day.
That's your system coming back online — and during this window, you might feel more tired, simply because your body is finally allowed to rest.
Over time, that shifts. More energized, resourced moments. Fewer drained ones.
At first, you may feel more, not less.
Open adjusting means you're not doing this alone. While you're on the table processing, the people around you are doing the same thing — prioritizing their own nervous systems, together.
Think about the difference between a group workout class and doing the same workout alone in your living room. You show up differently. You stay present longer. You leave more energized.
This space is built the same way.
If you need more time on the table, please take up space.
I have been seeing chiropractors for nearly 25 years. Between the physical nature of my work and the way I exercise, keeping my spine and body in balance has always been important to me, and over the years I have experienced many different approaches to chiropractic care.
Finding Dr. Jackie in Yuma has truly been a blessing. The work she does is unlike anything I have experienced before. Her subtle, intuitive approach deeply aligns with my own connection to mind, body and spirit. She has an incredible ability to listen not only to the physical body, but to the more subtle cues of the nervous system and energy body as well.
What I appreciate most is that our work feels like a partnership. Rather than simply "fixing" or adjusting my body, Jackie guides me to listen more deeply to it, trust its wisdom and participate in my own healing. Through her awareness and gentle coaching, she has taken my own body awareness to an entirely new level.
When my body does need a more traditional chiropractic adjustment — which is now very rarely — she always asks my permission first and incorporates it thoughtfully into our work.
After 25 years of receiving chiropractic care, I can genuinely say that working with Dr. Jackie has given me an entirely different understanding of what this work can be.

It is rare, and so deeply needed in these times, to find someone who truly understands the complexities and intersectionalities of the nervous system, stored trauma, and the physiology of our bodies.
Working with Dr. Jackie has been wildly meaningful for me. She has a beautiful capacity to meet the complexity of my experience without trying to reduce or separate it into tidy pieces. She understands that our bodies, nervous systems, histories, physiologies, and lived experiences are all interwoven wonderfully with one another.
What has felt especially profound about working with her is the way she addresses both the tangible, physiological realities of my body and the more subtle, etheric dimensions of my experience within it. I have felt deeply seen in ways that are difficult to articulate, and I am immensely grateful to be working with someone who can hold space for the whole, complicated, interconnected experience of being human and being in a body.

As moms, I think we become so good at knowing what everyone else needs that somewhere along the way we completely forget how to listen to ourselves.
That has probably been one of the biggest things Dr. Jackie has given me.
This stage of motherhood has been beautiful, but it has also been crazy. Pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, babies, toddlers, homeschooling, carrying kids around, broken sleep, stress, appointments, schedules, and constantly having somebody needing something from you. You just keep going because that's what moms do.
Before seeing Dr. Jackie, I don't think I realized how often I was ignoring my own body's signals and just pushing through.
My care with her has become so much more than getting adjusted. It has helped me reconnect with my own body and recognize when I'm carrying stress and tension, when I'm depleted, and when my body is asking me to slow down and give it some support.
I think motherhood can make you feel like your body just needs to keep performing for everyone else. Dr. Jackie has helped remind me that my body deserves care too.
She has also completely changed the way I think about wellness. I've developed such an appreciation for how intelligent and resilient our bodies really are. They are constantly communicating with us and adapting to everything we put them through, physically and emotionally, and sometimes we just need to actually listen.
And I love that I never feel like I'm just another appointment on her schedule. She listens. She remembers. She asks questions. She genuinely cares about what season of life I'm in and what my body has been going through.
There have been so many times I've walked into her office feeling like an overwhelmed, exhausted mom who has been taking care of everyone but herself, and walked out feeling more grounded, aware, and connected to myself again.
I originally found chiropractic care because I wanted to support my family, but somewhere along the way Dr. Jackie helped teach me that supporting my family also means supporting me.
